The PS102-V420 is not for burnout applications. It's a polyester with fillers that won't burn out well.
The ZVE200 or ZVE500 versions will burn out completely.

Another option for casting applications are the water soluble resins. After curing and ceramic coating the molds are soaked in water to remove the cured resin. No burnout is required.
