Build Your Own SLA/SLS

Hi!
My DLP projector produces very little lumens after I spend the calibration of brightness and mask generation. For example, the need to cure the polymer 800, the projector 350 outputs. The lamp is new.
If you know of such a problem, please tell me, what's the reason?

you do not give details of your DLP Projector or details of the polymer
has this worked in the past and has developed this problem , or are you trying to match a projector etc ,

one thing to look for are additional filters and is the optic path clean etc , lamps do develop low light levels over time , but again i'd need details of the DLP
it's not so much lumens i.e brightness level , as being able to project the correct light range to match your resin .. i.e UV @ 405nm if the resin is sensitive at that
the actual light level at that point will determine the time of exposure required , lower levels require longer time per slice
